Depending on the personalized merchandise, it may take 3-5 weeks. We encourage all of our customers to make sure that they complete the order process stage, where their required to select which existing 3D proof or upload new 2D photos of their face they would like to use on their 3D collectible. This is a fairly easy step, but without this, iAM's 3D artist can not start the 3D process to to complete your collectible.

Refunds offered within 7 days of purchase. The item will be refunded if shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
